Thursday, June 11, 2:45 a.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest at Porter Square. Desiree Chiuchiolo, 43, of Malden, was charged with an outstanding warrant out of Chelsea District Court.
Thursday, June 11, 9:14 a.m. — Shoplifting: An employee of a Broadway business reported a suspect stole $14 of merchandise and fled.
Thursday, June 11, 9:17 a.m. — Larceny: A resident reported a bicycle valued at $1,399 stolen from the front entrance of a home on the Massachusetts Avenue corridor.
Thursday, June 11, 9:27 a.m. — Hit-and-Run / Cyclist Injury: Police responded to the area of Steel Place on a report of a hit-and-run crash involving a cyclist. The cyclist sustained minor injuries.
Thursday, June 11, 10:13 a.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest on Massachusetts Avenue. John Loder, 48, of Cambridge, was charged with two outstanding warrants out of Cambridge District Court.
Thursday, June 11, 11:00 a.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest in Central Square. Matthew McFarland, 39, unhoused, was charged with two outstanding warrants out of Cambridge District Court.
Thursday, June 11, 11:06 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Violation: A Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges of operating an unregistered motorcycle without a license, uncovered during a traffic stop in Central Square.
Thursday, June 11, 11:47 a.m. — Criminal Harassment: A Harvard Square business owner reported a former employee hacked their computer system to obtain personal information and has since used it to make false allegations.
Thursday, June 11, 12:45 p.m. — Malicious Damage to Motor Vehicle: A Westborough resident reported their motorcycle was damaged while parked on Mt. Auburn Street.
Thursday, June 11, 13:07 p.m. — Larceny: A resident reported a bicycle valued at $1,214 stolen from the rear of a Concord Avenue residence.
Thursday, June 11, 13:27 p.m. — Unauthorized Entry: A Cambridge resident reported a former tenant gained access to their Fairfield Street property.
Thursday, June 11, 14:51 p.m. — Arrest — Assault with a Dangerous Weapon: Officers responded to Rindge Avenue after a report that a person threatened another with scissors. Christopher Gorden, 49, of Cambridge, was charged with Assault by Means of a Dangerous Weapon.
Thursday, June 11, 15:13 p.m. — Assault with a Dangerous Weapon: Police responded to Raymond Street on a report of a person armed with a large knife. A victim stated they were threatened by the individual.
Thursday, June 11, 15:18 p.m. — Shoplifting: An employee of a White Street business reported a suspect stole $326 of merchandise and fled.
Thursday, June 11, 15:36 p.m. — Breaking & Entering / Larceny: A Cambridge resident reported bicycles valued at $2,250 stolen from an unlocked basement storage area at a Dudley Street residence.
Thursday, June 11, 16:10 p.m. — Shoplifting: An employee of a Somerville Avenue business reported a suspect stole $150 of merchandise and fled.
Thursday, June 11, 16:18 p.m. — Package Theft: A Massachusetts Avenue resident reported a package containing $224 in merchandise stolen from the front of their residence.
Thursday, June 11, 16:53 p.m. — Hit-and-Run: A Massachusetts Avenue resident reported their parked vehicle was struck, causing damage.
Thursday, June 11, 17:07 p.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest on Inman Street. Jorge Alives, 37, of Cambridge, was charged with two active warrants out of Somerville District Court.
Thursday, June 11, 18:15 p.m. — Larceny: A Medford resident reported a bicycle valued at $560 stolen from a bike rack in Porter Square.
Thursday, June 11, 18:33 p.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest on Cambridgepark Drive. Alex Gerace, 35, of Leominster, was charged with three warrants out of Cambridge District Court and one warrant out of Gardner District Court.
Thursday, June 11, 19:20 p.m. — Larceny: A Porter Circle resident reported a bicycle valued at $620 stolen from outside their residence.
Thursday, June 11, 19:56 p.m. — Malicious Damage to Motor Vehicle: A Washington Street resident reported their car tire had been slashed.
Thursday, June 11, 19:58 p.m. — Stolen Motor Vehicle: Police responded to Water Street to assist in locating a stolen motor vehicle.
Thursday, June 11, 20:27 p.m. — Assault: Police responded to the Central Square area, near Brookline Street and Massachusetts Avenue, on reports of a fight in the roadway. A victim reported being physically assaulted by an unknown person, sustaining injuries.
Thursday, June 11, 20:51 p.m. — Shoplifting: An employee of a Somerville Avenue business reported a suspect stole $156 of merchandise and fled.
Thursday, June 11, 21:55 p.m. — Arrest — Trespass: A Cambridge resident refused multiple requests to leave a Massachusetts Avenue business as it was closing. Beruk Alemayehu, 27, of Cambridge, was charged with Trespass.
Thursday, June 11, 22:18 p.m. — Larceny: Police responded to Rindge Avenue on a report that a shirt containing a wallet was stolen from a pharmacy waiting area.
Thursday, June 11, 23:44 p.m. — Assault & Battery: Police responded to a Winthrop Street business for a disturbance that turned physical over a bathroom access dispute.
Friday, June 12, 2:10 a.m. — Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon: A Cambridge resident reported a past assault in which they were threatened with a razor during a physical altercation. Minor injuries were reported.
Friday, June 12, 7:56 a.m. — Shoplifting: An employee of an Alewife Brook Parkway business reported a suspect stole $400 of merchandise and fled.
Friday, June 12, 8:01 a.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest at Winslow and Garden Streets. Greg McAdams, 44, of Boston, was charged with seven active warrants out of courts across Greater Boston.
Friday, June 12, 8:22 a.m. — Larceny: A Rice Street resident reported a rental bicycle stolen from Porter Square.
Friday, June 12, 9:03 a.m. — Breaking & Entering / Larceny: A Montgomery Street resident reported bicycles valued at $2,500 stolen from their garage overnight.
Friday, June 12, 9:58 a.m. — Hit-and-Run: A Vassar Street resident reported their parked vehicle was struck, causing damage.
Friday, June 12, 11:29 a.m. — Shoplifting: A Boston resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on a charge of Shoplifting by Concealment — 3rd Offense, after an employee of a Massachusetts Avenue business reported the theft of $20 in merchandise.
Friday, June 12, 12:26 p.m. — Malicious Damage to Property: A Pearl Street resident reported their bicycle sustained $180 in damage while locked inside a parking garage on Green Street.
Friday, June 12, 12:33 p.m. — Hit-and-Run: A Central Square resident reported their parked vehicle was struck on Massachusetts Avenue, causing damage.
Friday, June 12, 1:30 p.m. — Hit-and-Run: Police responded to Concord Lane on a report of a vehicle struck in traffic. No injuries were reported.
Friday, June 12, 1:52 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: Two people were transported to a nearby hospital following a crash at the intersection of First Street and Rogers Street.
Friday, June 12, 2:33 p.m. — Arrest — Shoplifting: A Central Square business employee reported a suspect stole $11 of merchandise. Stephen Powell, 31, of Dorchester, was charged with Shoplifting by Asportation.
Friday, June 12, 3:09 p.m. — Hit-and-Run / Cyclist Injury: Police responded to the area of Hampshire Street and Prospect Street on a report of a crash involving a cyclist. The cyclist sustained minor injuries.
Friday, June 12, 3:42 p.m. — Larceny: A wallet was reported stolen in Harvard Square.
Friday, June 12, 4:52 p.m. — Identity Fraud / Unemployment Scam: A Cambridgepark Drive resident reported an unknown person used their personal information to file a fraudulent unemployment claim.
Friday, June 12, 4:59 p.m. — Rental Scam: A Hurley Street resident reported placing a $2,400 deposit on a fraudulent apartment lease for a New Jersey property.
Friday, June 12, 5:52 p.m. — Larceny: A Harvey Street resident reported a bicycle valued at $921 stolen from their backyard.
Friday, June 12, 6:59 p.m. — Package Theft: A Fawcett Street resident reported a package containing $70 in merchandise stolen from the front of their residence.
Friday, June 12, 9:21 p.m. — Hit-and-Run: A Mt. Auburn Street resident reported their parked vehicle was struck, causing damage.
Saturday, June 13, 1:37 a.m. — Disturbance / Property Damage: Police responded to a Central Square business where an unknown person shoved a patron in a line, leading to an altercation.
Saturday, June 13, 10:20 a.m. — Arrest — Shoplifting: A Central Square store employee reported a suspect stole $67 of merchandise. Alexander Fedele, 30, of Boston, was charged with Shoplifting by Asportation — 2nd Offense and two warrants out of Boston Municipal Court.
Saturday, June 13, 10:35 a.m. — Arrest — Shoplifting: A Central Square store employee reported a suspect stole food products. William Nelson, 61, of Cambridge, was charged with Shoplifting by Asportation — 3rd Offense and a warrant out of Waltham District Court.
Saturday, June 13, 11:38 a.m. — Larceny: A Somerville resident reported a scooter valued at $125 stolen from the front of a Prospect Street business.
Saturday, June 13, 12:06 p.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest on Magazine Street. Luz Cruz, 63, of Cambridge, was charged with an outstanding warrant out of Cambridge District Court.
Saturday, June 13, 1:46 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Parts Theft: A Cogswell Avenue resident reported their vehicle's rear-view mirror glass was missing while parked.
Saturday, June 13, 2:19 p.m. — Larceny: A bag containing items valued at $96 was reported stolen from inside a café in the JFK Street area.
Saturday, June 13, 3:01 p.m. — Package Theft: A Webster Avenue resident reported a package containing $565 in merchandise stolen from the front of their residence.
Saturday, June 13, 3:06 p.m. — Phone Scam / Bank Fraud: A Garden Street resident reported being tricked into providing bank information to an unknown person over the phone. Unauthorized transactions totaling $9,000 were subsequently made on their accounts.
Saturday, June 13, 3:23 p.m. — Assault & Battery: Police responded to Massachusetts Avenue on a report that one person kicked another during an argument and fled.
Saturday, June 13, 7:20 p.m. — Damaging Property: A Sherman Street resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on a charge of Damaging Property after a cell phone was damaged during an argument at Field and Garden Streets.
Sunday, June 14, 1:40 a.m. — Stolen Motor Vehicle: A New Street resident reported their parked vehicle missing.
Sunday, June 14, 3:34 a.m. — Arrest — Disorderly Conduct: Officers responded to a noise complaint on Columbia Street. During the interaction, the subject began screaming and throwing objects, refusing multiple requests to stop. Ariana Acevedo, 34, of Cambridge, was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Sunday, June 14, 4:35 a.m. — Larceny / Fraud: A Trowbridge Street resident reported their tablet stolen; unauthorized charges of $431 subsequently appeared on their bank account.
Sunday, June 14, 6:38 a.m. — Larceny: A Bellis Circle resident reported a bicycle valued at $2,400 stolen from a garage at their residence.
Sunday, June 14, 7:37 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Violation: A Lynn resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on charges of operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle on a public roadway, uncovered during a traffic stop on Main Street.
Sunday, June 14, 9:22 a.m. — Breaking & Entering: Police responded to Temple Street on a report that someone broke into a room overnight and damaged a computer.
Sunday, June 14, 9:42 a.m. — Arrest — Drug Possession: Officers encountered Hannah Williams, 28, unhoused, and another individual engaged in suspected drug use in Central Square. Williams was charged with Possession of a Class A Substance (suspected heroin) and warrants out of Auburn District Court and a court in Maine.
Sunday, June 14, 10:43 a.m. — Assault & Battery on a Police Officer: Officers responded to Harvard Square on a report of a disturbance. A suspect accosted multiple people and slapped a police officer who intervened.
Sunday, June 14, 1:46 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash / Cyclist Injury: Police responded to the intersection of Cambridge Street and Webster Avenue for a crash involving a bicyclist. Two persons were evaluated by EMS and declined hospital transport.
Sunday, June 14, 5:46 p.m. — Larceny: A Brattle Square resident reported a pair of headphones stolen from their bag.
Sunday, June 14, 6:08 p.m. — Hit-and-Run: A Massachusetts Avenue resident reported their parked vehicle was struck, causing damage.
Sunday, June 14, 6:33 p.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest at Green and Pearl Streets. Parbir Batra, 45, of Boston, was charged with a warrant out of Cambridge District Court.
Monday, June 15, 1:03 a.m. — Assault & Battery: A Somerville resident reported being slapped and pushed by an unknown suspect. No injuries were reported.
Monday, June 15, 7:26 a.m. — Water Main Break: Police responded to Everett Street to assist the Cambridge Water Department with a water main break.
Monday, June 15, 8:06 a.m. — Larceny: Police responded to Fresh Pond Parkway on a report that 10 drain spouts had been stolen.
Monday, June 15, 8:10 a.m. — Larceny: An Olive Place resident reported a bicycle valued at $850 stolen from outside their home.
Monday, June 15, 8:48 a.m. — Arrest: Fugitive warrant arrest on Massachusetts Avenue. Matthew Andrews, 52, of Somerville, was charged with a warrant out of New Hampshire.
Monday, June 15, 9:42 a.m. — Assault & Battery: A Green Street resident reported being punched by a known person during an argument in Porter Square. Minor injuries were reported.
Monday, June 15, 9:48 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash: One person was transported to a local hospital by EMS following a crash on Mt. Auburn Street.
Monday, June 15, 10:49 a.m. — Identity Theft / Bank Fraud: A Winthrop resident reported an unknown person used their personal information to open an unauthorized account; multiple unauthorized transactions totaling $65,000 have since been made.
Monday, June 15, 11:07 a.m. — Assault: Police responded to Porter Square on a report that a customer threw an object at a maintenance worker during a parking dispute. No injuries were reported.
Monday, June 15, 12:52 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash / Infrastructure Damage: A truck damaged a streetlight in Central Square at the intersection of Douglass Street and Massachusetts Avenue.
Monday, June 15, 1:31 p.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest in Boston. Jamorey Bennet, 34, of Brookline, was charged with a warrant out of Cambridge District Court.
Monday, June 15, 1:47 p.m. — Trespass: Police responded to Lambert Street on a report that a known individual returned to a property and yelled obscenities at residents.
Monday, June 15, 2:30 p.m. — Threats: Police responded to Norfolk Street on a report that one person threatened to punch another during an argument.
Monday, June 15, 4:41 p.m. — Hit-and-Run: An Alewife Brook Parkway resident reported their parked vehicle was struck, causing damage.
Monday, June 15, 4:58 p.m. — Package Theft: An Oxford Street resident reported a package containing $100 in merchandise stolen from the front of their residence.
Monday, June 15, 5:11 p.m. — Larceny: A gift bag was reported stolen from the lobby of a Pleasant Street building.
Monday, June 15, 5:44 p.m. — Arrest — Disorderly Conduct / Assault & Battery on a Police Officer: Officers were called to a Massachusetts Avenue business for a disturbance. The subject refused multiple requests to leave and bit an officer in the arm during the arrest. Prince Carter, 51, of Boston, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Disturbing the Peace, and Assault & Battery on a Police Officer.
Monday, June 15, 6:27 p.m. — Graffiti: Police took a report for graffiti at a Massachusetts Avenue business.
Monday, June 15, 6:48 p.m. — Larceny: A Lincoln Way resident reported a cell phone valued at $850 stolen.
Monday, June 15, 11:46 p.m. — Malicious Destruction of Property: Police responded to Plymouth Street on a report that multiple glass bottles had been broken in a driveway over the past two months.
Tuesday, June 16, 8:45 a.m. — Identity Theft: A Cambridge resident reported their online shopping account used for unauthorized purchases totaling $700.
Tuesday, June 16, 12:18 p.m. — Larceny: A Massachusetts Avenue resident reported items valued at $190 stolen from their bag.
Tuesday, June 16, 12:35 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Violation: A Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on a charge of operating an unregistered motor vehicle, uncovered during a traffic stop at Galileo Way and Main Street.
Tuesday, June 16, 1:28 p.m. — Larceny: A Ware Street resident reported their wallet went missing, leading to a verbal dispute.
Tuesday, June 16, 2:22 p.m. — Larceny: A Concord Avenue resident reported groceries stolen from the lobby of their building.

Tuesday, June 16, 3:33 p.m. — Attempted Bank Fraud: A Kinnard Street resident reported an unknown person made an unauthorized attempt to withdraw $35,578 from their account.
Tuesday, June 16, 3:51 p.m. — Arrest — Trespass: A Cambridge resident refused multiple requests from bank staff to leave a Massachusetts Avenue bank. Melissa Alibeaj, 46, of Cambridge, was charged with Trespass.
Tuesday, June 16, 4:07 p.m. — Stolen Motor Vehicle: Police responded to an Appleton Street report of a stolen motor vehicle. The vehicle was located nearby.
Tuesday, June 16, 4:08 p.m. — Shoplifting: An employee of a Somerville Avenue business reported a suspect stole $300 of merchandise and fled.
Tuesday, June 16, 4:18 p.m. — Motor Vehicle Crash / Pedestrian Injury: A cyclist struck a child crossing Massachusetts Avenue near Douglass Street after refusing to yield. The cyclist was cited.
Tuesday, June 16, 4:54 p.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest at JFK Street and Mt. Auburn Street. Michael Potter, 25, unhoused, was charged with a warrant out of Cambridge District Court.
Tuesday, June 16, 5:15 p.m. — Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon: A ride-share operator reported being assaulted with a razor blade by a customer during a payment dispute on Alewife Brook Parkway. The victim was transported to a local hospital by EMS.
Tuesday, June 16, 6:24 p.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest on Pearl Street. Dante Davis, 35, unhoused, was charged with a warrant out of Woburn District Court.
Tuesday, June 16, 7:23 p.m. — Larceny: A Cambridge resident reported a scooter valued at $270 stolen from Porter Square.
Wednesday, June 17, 12:20 a.m. — Assault & Battery: A Lowell resident reported being punched in the face by an unknown suspect while waiting for a bus in Porter Square.
Wednesday, June 17, 3:14 a.m. — Arrest — Breaking & Entering / Larceny: Security at a Cambridgepark Drive building located the suspect inside rummaging through drawers. Kaylah Howes, 36, of Braintree, was charged with Larceny from a Building and Breaking & Entering.
Wednesday, June 17, 8:47 a.m. — Arrest: Warrant arrest in Porter Square. Thomas Miller, 43, of Somerville, was charged with a warrant out of Somerville District Court.
Wednesday, June 17, 9:42 a.m. — Motor Vehicle Violation: A Lynn resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uncovered during a traffic stop on Main Street.
