Cambridge recorded 15 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with nine carrying a recorded price ranging from $619,900 to $2,760,000 and a median of $725,000. The month's top sale was 12 Walker St., which sold for $2.76 million to the President and Fellows of Harvard College. Six transfers, including several apparent family or trust transfers, have no price on record yet. The data shows a split market: single-family homes selling above $2 million alongside condominium units mostly in the $600,000-to-$850,000 range.
