Cambridge Deeds Show $2.1 Million Top Sale as Prices Span Wide Range
Cambridge recorded 14 residential property sales between Aug. 21 and Aug. 24, with prices ranging from $750,000 to $2,100,000 among the 10 deeds that included a sale price so far; the median was $1,052,500. The period's largest transaction was 36 Sciarappa St., which sold for $2,100,000, followed by 30 Shepard St., Unit 30, at $1,950,000. Four properties, including 83 Amory St. Unit 9 and 18 Cushing St., had no sale price recorded yet, a common lag in registry data rather than a withheld figure. Sales included a mix of condominium and single-family properties, with no street recording more than one transaction.
