Federal Judge Dismisses Trump Administration's Antisemitism Suit Against Harvard

CAMBRIDGE — A federal judge in Boston on Thursday dismissed a Trump administration lawsuit that had accused Harvard University of failing to protect Jewish students from antisemitism, ruling that the incidents cited were too isolated and episodic to establish a persistent civil rights violation on the Cambridge campus.
