The top sale, $5 million, closed Oct. 5 between JLP Realty LLC and Richdale Avenue LLC; the deed did not list a street address. The other two priced sales were at 213 Third St. ($2,700,000) and 8 Richardson St., Unit 8 ($2,050,000). The remaining eight transfers were nominal-consideration moves, mostly tied to family trusts. With so few priced sales, the data does not support broad conclusions about market conditions this month.
