The month's top sale was 20 Chalk St at $2,925,000, purchased by Chalk Street LLC from the Nora B. Leahy Trust. Seven of the 13 transfers were condominium units, and five involved matching family names between seller and buyer with no price recorded yet, consistent with trust or estate transfers. No street recorded more than one sale, so no geographic cluster stood out this period.
