The period's top transaction was a $2,925,000 sale at 119 Appleton Street, followed closely by a $2,910,000 condo sale at 19 Saville Street. Eleven of the 17 deeds, about two-thirds, were recorded on a single day, July 10. Several unpriced transfers involved matching grantor and grantee surnames tied to trusts, and four sales involved LLC buyers. No square footage, bedroom or bathroom data was available in the deed records.
