Appleton Street Sale Tops $2.9 Million Amid Wave of July Cambridge Deeds
Cambridge recorded 17 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8. Nine deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $770,000 to $2,925,000, with a median of $1,755,000; the remaining eight listed no consideration amount. The period's top transaction was a $2,925,000 sale at 119 Appleton Street, followed closely by a $2,910,000 condo sale at 19 Saville Street. Eleven of the 17 deeds, about two-thirds, were recorded on a single day, July 10. Several undisclosed-price transfers involved matching grantor and grantee surnames tied to trusts, and four sales involved LLC buyers. No square footage, bedroom or bathroom data was available in the deed records.
